A Message From Mindy:

Thank you for taking this step towards caring for your wellbeing!

I provide welcoming, collaborative therapy that helps overwhelmed people find a path towards peace and wellbeing. I can help you to untangle complicated thoughts, and to create strategies to discover or recover your thriving self.  I have a particular affinity for working with couples, people struggling with poor mental health, folks navigating mid-life challenges, women's issues throughout the lifespan, and family members supporting loved ones with mental health concerns. All people are welcomed without judgement in my practice. Reaching out for help can be really tough; please know that I am here, ready to walk alongside you in the journey.

I am a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers, and I have my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Western Ontario. I also earned my BSW and a post-graduate Certificate in Thanatology and Palliative Care from the University of Western Ontario.

One of my main areas of focus during my MSW was working with couples and I am currently completing Level 2 Clinical Training: Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I am really excited about how the research supports reviving troubled relationships. I’m passionate about learning and regularly attend workshops and seminars to ensure that my knowledge is fresh and credible. I have 30 years of experience in mental health, crisis intervention, children and families, and grief and loss.

I look forward to working together!
