A Message From Tanielle:

Life’s Challenges Shape Us—and So Can Our Healing!

None of us are immune to life’s challenges, myself included. I truly believe that those of us who have weathered storms and done our own work bring a unique depth of understanding and compassion to the helping profession. As a clinician and a highly sensitive person (HSP), I offer my clients a space grounded in authenticity, empathy, and genuine care—shaped not only by my professional expertise but also by my lived experiences. While I haven’t walked your exact path, I’ve walked my own journey, one that led me to reach out for help when the weight became too much to carry alone. I deeply respect the courage it takes to show up and be vulnerable—both in others and in myself.

The space I create for my clients is genuine, safe, and judgment-free. It’s a place where you can feel truly seen and heard, and where healing is met with understanding (and sometimes a little humor). Together, we’ll navigate your challenges in a way that feels approachable and empowering.

Supporting Women in Rediscovery

I specialize in working with women—particularly those who have lost touch with who they are, or who have never had the chance to truly connect with themselves. I see the woman who gives endlessly to others but forgets herself in the process. The woman standing at a crossroads, uncertain of what she needs, what she wants, or where to go next. The woman ready to heal and move forward, but unsure how to begin. To that woman, I offer a space to explore, to guide, to challenge, to motivate, and to support through the process of rediscovery. To that woman: I see you.

Reconnecting Relationships

I am also passionate about helping people find their way back to each other. Couples therapy can be transformative, even when the path has been long and the distance between partners feels overwhelming. Reconnecting takes courage and commitment. It means being vulnerable in ways that might press on old attachment wounds, past hurts, or unspoken grief. But through this process comes profound healing, growth, and the possibility of a renewed connection. Witnessing couples open their hearts and rebuild their bond is some of the most meaningful work I do.

You Are Stronger Than You Think

What you’re facing right now might feel like too much—but the fact that you’re here shows your strength and determination to prioritize yourself and your well-being. I want you to know that your happiness and healing are worth this investment. Things can change, and taking this step is how that change begins.

I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take these next steps on your journey. Together, we’ll create a path forward.
